Market leading financial services organisation with major growth plans for the next 5 years are in the early stages of establishing their own internal academy to facilitate the training and building of skills for staff across the business.
The requirement is for a seasoned individual with demonstrable experience of developing and implementing structured training systems, procedures and digital learning platforms.
You will be part of a small team who have a clear remit to implement the structure in the next 12 months. This is a high profile role but you will need to be extremely hands on and have the ability to influence and challenge when required.
6 months initially, £500 - £600 per day, outside IR35. Home based with occasional travel to UK office locations.
