We have the following vacancy in our newly refurbished office in Sandbach, UK:
Job Title: Accounts Assistant Banking
Site: Sandbach, UK
Hours: 37.5 per week; 8:30am till 4:30pm or 9:00am till 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
The purpose of this role
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Banking Controller in ensuring all banking transactions are made in a timely and accurate manner and an appropriate audit trail is maintained.
What you will do
- Make payments and download cash receipts globally.
- Post all receipts and payments and allocate for all global entities.
- Maintain a global digital filing system.
- Assist colleagues in all areas of banking when deadlines are imminent.
- Support the Company’s core values and behaviours.
What you will bring
The job holder must have excellent attention to detail and be consistently accurate. Experience working with multi-currencies within an Accounts department, focussing on processing bank transactions is desirable but not essential, along with experience of accounts computer packages, in particular SAP Business 1.
