The role is based in Leeds and forms part of a wider, high-performing UK sales team. Although titled as a Sales Associate, this position offers far more than an entry-level experience. You’ll be working directly alongside experienced Territory Managers and Product Specialists, supporting clinical teams in hospitals and contributing to the sales process from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in delivering account plans across NHS and private hospitals
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement teams
- Attend operating theatres and clinical settings to assist with product setup, demonstrations, and in-theatre support
This is a field-based role with regular travel across the region. You will be given full product training and continuous development support to help you progress toward a full sales territory role.
Candidate Profile:

You may have a background in life sciences, healthcare, sport science or a related field, but above all, you should be highly motivated and professional in your approach. The ideal candidate will:
