Area – UK – Based centrally in England
Position Overview
You will be responsible for supporting Robotic utilisations post-capital installation and increasing clinical adoption in accounts that have acquired a robotic system. Work closely with the capital sales team in expanding install-based and project managing the clinical pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets, analyze performance, and maintain pricing strategies.
- Identify sales opportunities, prioritize key accounts, and develop sales plans.
- Expand existing robotic programs, prioritize initiatives, and maximize system utilization.
- Drive adoption through case observations, peer-to-peer sessions, and OR access.
- Present clinical and economic benefits of the system to healthcare facilities.
- Organize robotic committees, monitor progress, and optimize system use.
- Collaborate with the ASM to justify and plan additional system installations.
- Train operators and develop deep product and procedural knowledge.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or capital sales.
- Knowledge of the operating room environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in General Surgery, Gynecology, Thoracic, and Urology procedures.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Fluent in English
