As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, education, and training on our orthopaedic products to healthcare professionals in the operating room. Key Responsibilities: Product Support: Provide on-site clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring the correct use of our devices. Training & Education: Educate and train healthcare professionals on the use, benefits, and best practices of our orthopaedic products. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during product demonstrations and customer meetings. Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products. What We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse, specifically within orthopaedics. Clinical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and instrumentation. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and educate medical professionals. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the commercial side of the medical industry. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
