We're partnering with an innovative surgical robotics company developing next-generation technology designed to improve operating room efficiency and patient outcomes.

This is a high-impact Product Manager role owning the full product lifecycle of a complex AI-powered platform, from roadmap and customer insight through to launch, market expansion, and post-market evolution.

You'll work closely with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, engineering, clinical and commercial teams to shape product strategy, prioritise new features, and drive adoption across international markets.

Ideal background:

  • Product management experience within MedTech or complex hardware/software products
  • Strong customer and voice-of-user mindset
  • Experience balancing technical, commercial and regulatory considerations
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to robotics, surgical technologies or AI-enabled platforms is highly advantageous
