The Opportunity:

An international healthcare technology company is looking for a Senior Clinical Customer Success Manager to support the continued adoption of its cardiovascular imaging platform across the UK and Europe. This is a senior, customer-facing position combining cardiac CT clinical applications, hospital implementation and long-term account development. You will lead complex customer deployments, help clinical teams integrate the technology into existing pathways and ensure hospitals achieve sustained value from the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new implementations, account expansions and workflow changes across hospital customers
  • Develop implementation plans covering stakeholder engagement, training, system readiness, milestones and post-launch support
  • Help radiology and cardiology teams embed the technology into routine clinical practice
  • Deliver training to radiographers, radiologists, cardiologists and other clinical users
  • Provide guidance on cardiac CT acquisition, reconstruction, image quality and workflow optimisation
  • Support customers across different CT scanner platforms and hospital systems
  • Resolve complex clinical, technical and operational adoption challenges
  • Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities to improve utilisation and account performance
  • Develop reusable training materials, implementation playbooks and customer education programmes
  • Share customer feedback with commercial, medical, technical and product teams
  • Maintain accurate records of training, feedback, account plans and customer outcomes
  • Support selected workshops, customer meetings, product launches and industry events

Experience Required:

  • A degree or equivalent professional background in radiography, medical imaging, healthcare science, engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong experience within cardiac CT or CCTA imaging
  • Previous experience in clinical applications, healthcare technology implementation, customer success or clinical support
  • A good understanding of hospital imaging pathways and multi-stakeholder clinical environments
  • Familiarity with PACS, electronic clinical systems and digital diagnostic workflows
  • Experience managing several complex projects or customer accounts simultaneously
  • Strong presentation, training and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working with senior clinicians and hospital leadership
  • Ability to work autonomously in a field-based position
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe

Desirable Experience:

  • A clinical radiography or advanced cardiac imaging background
  • Experience working across multiple CT manufacturers
  • Delivery of train-the-trainer or structured clinical education programmes
  • Exposure to medical software, digital health, SaaS or AI-supported clinical technology
  • Experience mentoring colleagues or improving regional implementation processes
