In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone for a fast-growing global sales team, managing Salesforce, streamlining deal processes, and driving smarter, data-led decision-making. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure the entire revenue operation runs like clockwork, supporting a business that’s transforming the way healthcare works.
What You’ll Do
- Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Own and optimize the Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and seamless workflows across global teams.
- Support the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to deal closure, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate renewals, monitor deal expirations, and ensure pipelines are always accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to refine dashboards, reports, and KPIs that guide commercial strategy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the key connector between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Regulatory, keeping communication smooth and processes aligned.
- Manage the preparation and review of customer contracts and commercial documentation.
- Ensure all operational, financial, and compliance requirements are met before deals close.
- Provide proactive, hands-on support to the EMEA sales team to help them hit targets and stay focused on clients.
- Reporting & Process Improvement
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports that highlight business metrics and growth trends.
- Document and improve sales processes using tools like Notion to promote transparency and consistency.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions that make the sales organization more agile and scalable.
What You Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Coordination, or CRM management, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, confident managing complex data, building reports, and supporting users.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
- High attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage company.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry is a major plus.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Join a mission-driven global tech company improving lives through innovation.
- Be part of a tight-knit international team where your work has visible, measurable impact.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies and help define how data and process shape commercial success.
