PROJECTUS in Austin, Texas

You will be a founding member of the Projectus USA business, working from Austin alongside the companies 2 highest performers - contributing to our critical next phase of growth in the United States, where +60% of our revenue has been generated - alongside our global HQ in London. You will be an integral part of how we build our US business, as we further hire, develop and hire the team.

Every 6 months you will know how you can achieve compensation increases, promotions and bespoke development as part of the Projectus Acceleration Plan.

Projectus are an authority in the world of Medical Technology staffing solutions, and you will position yourself in the same way – truly offering solutions and helping partners (and candidates alike) realize how our superior staffing solution can not only deliver them niche talent at record speed, but also save them thousands in $.

As a Principal, you will forge Partnerships nationally with start-up, scale-up and blue-chip Cardiovascular device & technology innovators - who are at the forefront of life-saving cardiovascular devices and software.

Solution-Led

Selling to, presenting to, and collaborating with C-Level, HR, Talent Acquisition, Commercial & Finance leadership – you will consult to deeply understand their business growth strategy, before negotiating and agreeing a Search & Staffing Partnership under our EDGE or CATALYST solutions.

By offering hiring process analysis, agreeing SLA’s and assisting with employer branding techniques as part EDGE or CATALYST; we embed ourselves within our Partners, working alongside hiring teams & TA departments to ensure specialist commercial & software talent is attracted and hired, at scale and speed.

Day-to-day

The role will involve regular & high-volume phone & video based sales, as well as pre-qualified face-to-face, client visit and specialist congress attendance. The goal? To represent these companies as their Search partner, exclusively retained and responsible for headhunting highly specialist talent to their business.

As you will network, speak & meet with niche Cardiovascular specialists daily; your network will allow you to quickly headhunt and place world-class talent on behalf of your partners.
