Projects is opening its first Tunbridge Wells location and we need a Senior Community Manager to lead the site with full ownership of the budget, team and member experience. You’ll shape the culture of a brand-new coworking space and drive occupancy from launch, reporting to the Area Community Manager.
This is a true site-leadership role with autonomy over operations, partnerships, events and commercial performance, requiring 2–3+ years in hospitality or coworking and a hands-on customer-facing approach.
