- Act as a Projective Group brand ambassador, helping to maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice across UK marketing activity.
- Support the delivery of Projective Group community and networking activity, including event coordination, logistics, promotion, invitations and communications.
- Create and edit content across a range of channels, including blogs, newsletters, brochures, whitepapers, case studies and other marketing materials.
- Develop content for our website and social media channels, with an understanding of keywords and digital engagement.
- Support the management of our corporate social media presence across organic and paid activity.
- Track and report on marketing activity and campaign performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Projective Group’s international Marketing function, sharing ideas and supporting wider Group initiatives where required.
- Support the delivery of Projective Group’s UK PR and media activity, working with our PR freelancer to identify opportunities, coordinate content and support campaign-led communications.

- 3+ years' experience in a broad marketing role, with the confidence to manage activities and priorities with a good degree of autonomy.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns and content across a range of digital and traditional channels.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex subjects into clear and engaging content.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts to develop ideas and bring marketing initiatives to life.

- Experience using marketing and content tools such as Canva, Word Press and Hub Spot, or similar platforms.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and an appreciation of the importance of brand consistency.
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working as part of an international team.
- Experience within a B2B environment would be advantageous.
- Marketing qualification, degree or equivalent professional experience.
