- Background as a Financial Services Consultant.
- Knowledge of Banking, Capital Markets or Insurance.
- Experience across transformation engagements such as end-to-end process analysis, process re-engineering, business analysis, project management and change management.
- Capabilities in business analysis and project, change or delivery management.
- You are motivated by solving complex business hurdles and delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference to clients, balancing strategic insight with practical execution.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- A project management certificate, such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2, would be beneficial (we can support you with our extensive training budget).
- You are naturally curious to ask the right questions, delve into complex problems and inspire meaningful change.
