Data Consultant – Financial Services | Consulting | Consultants with frequent time in the office alongside on-site client-site delivery. | £55k – £85k DOE
Do you use data to challenge thinking, shape solutions, and deliver real outcomes for clients?
We’re hiring multiple Data Consultants across a range of experience levels.
Whether you’re already delivering confidently on client engagements or stepping into a more senior role, we’re interested in people who combine financial services knowledge, solid stakeholder skills, and a practical approach to data.
This role is about more than analysis.
It’s about working at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients define problems, shape solutions, and deliver meaningful change across transformation, regulatory, and data-led initiatives.
At Projective Group, we partner with financial services organisations to solve complex challenges across data, transformation, risk, and payments.
As we continue to grow our Data practice, we’re looking for consultants who can span the spectrum from Data Management through using data as a tool to steer better decisions and outcomes.
Requirements
Is this you?
- Experience within a financial services consultancy, with a track record of delivering on client engagements.
- Comfortable operating between business and technology, engaging stakeholders while working closely with technical teams.
- Solid experience gathering and structuring requirements, with the flexibility to support both business analysis and project delivery.
- Understanding of domains such as banking, capital markets, or insurance, and how data supports decision-making.
- Practical experience with SQL, Python, or low-code tools, using them to support delivery rather than as a pure technical focus.
- Able to manage priorities, take ownership, and adapt across different clients and engagements.
- Naturally inquisitive, confident in asking questions and challenging thinking to add value.
- Degree educated or equivalent experience, with project management exposure or certifications as a plus.
