We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, with a strong focus on delivering business change initiatives across HR, Quality Assurance (QA), and IT, all of which are externally contracted services. The role combines traditional CEO-level EA support with hands-on business operations and transformation support, ensuring outsourced providers are effectively managed and internal business processes are improved and embedded. This is a highly visible, trusted position working closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders. This position would be Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months working Full-Time hours (40 Hours Per Week) based at our Head Quarters in Fleet, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proactive diary and email management for the CEO, prioritising and filtering communications
  • Coordination of CEO travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Management and submission of CEO expenses
  • Preparation of briefing packs, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas
  • Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
