Overview
Do you bring deep post-trade knowledge and a drive to deliver real change in the capital markets space? At Projective Group, we partner with leading financial organisations to address their most challenging problems and deliver innovative solutions. As our Capital Markets footprint grows, we're looking for experienced Senior Consultants to help shape and deliver global post-trade and settlement transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface with external partners (e.g. Broadridge, custodians, clearing houses) ensuring SLAs, implementation milestones, and compliance are met.
- Process redesign: Collaborate with internal ops, technology and risk teams to re-engineer settlement workflows for outsourced operating models.
- Stakeholder engagement: Influence and manage senior stakeholders across operations, legal, compliance, technology, finance, and third-party vendors.
- Change management: Oversee business readiness, training, and transition to BAU support, ensuring minimal disruption during go-live.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure the outsourcing framework aligns with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g. FCA, PRA, CSDR, EMIR).
- Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on capital markets settlement (equities, fixed income, etc.), particularly in the UK, EMEA, and US regions.
- Programme leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of outsourcing programmes, including governance, budget, roadmap and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
- Vendor oversight: Drive vendor selection and contract management; oversee post-trade operations with market institutions.
- Other: Manage multi-year outsourcing or vendor transformation programmes; contribute to delivery models and regulatory considerations.
Qualifications
5 to 8+ years' experience in capital markets consulting or transformation roles, ideally within a Tier 1.
