We're specifically looking for candidates with consultancy experience. While we don't expect you to tick every box below, if you've worked in a consulting firm and bring relevant risk and regulatory expertise, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Experience Might Include:
- Navigating the UK and/or EU regulatory landscape, with exposure to areas like:
- Prudential regulation (e.g. ICAAP/ICARA, Basel frameworks)
- Conduct frameworks (e.g. MAR, MIFID PRU)
- Regulatory reporting (e.g. CoRep, FinRep, Solvency II)
- Operational resilience and ESG regulation
- Translating technical concepts (e.g. VaR, RWA, FRTB) into clear, accessible messages for different audiences.
You May Also Bring:
- Experience supporting regulatory change or risk projects, including business analysis, delivery, or full lifecycle transformation.
- Exposure to third-party risk management (TPRM) frameworks or related operating models.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, and a curious, detail-oriented mindset.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) with relevant certifications such as ICA, PRMIA, Agile, or Prince2 is a plus.
