What will you be doing?
- Supporting Financial Services clients on business, regulatory and change initiatives.
- Working with consultants and clients to understand problems and shape practical solutions.
- Gaining exposure to projects involving technology, data and AI.
- Helping translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Developing core consulting skills, communication, analysis, presentation and structured problem-solving.

What are we looking for?
- A 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant subject such as Physics, Engineering or Maths.
