Key Responsibilities

- You’re already excelling in your consulting career but are eager for new challenges, recognition, and growth opportunities.
- Background as a Financial Services Consultant.
- Knowledge of Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance.
- Experience across transformation engagements such as target operating model, operational excellence, end-to-end process analysis, process re-engineering, delivery excellence, business adoption, Agile & DevOps.
- Capabilities in business analysis and project, change, or delivery management.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- A project management certificate, such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2, would be beneficial (we can support you with our extensive training allowance).
- You are naturally curious to ask the right questions, delve into complex problems, and drive meaningful change.
