What will you be doing?

  • Supporting Financial Services clients on business, regulatory and change initiatives.
  • Working with consultants and clients to understand problems and shape practical solutions.
  • Gaining exposure to projects involving technology, data and AI.
  • Helping translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Developing core consulting skills, communication, analysis, presentation and structured problem-solving.
  • Learning on the job, asking questions and building confidence.

What are we looking for?

  • A 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant subject such as Physics, Engineering or Maths.
  • Interest in Financial Services and how organisations operate.
  • Curiosity about technology, data and AI in a business context.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
