As a Graduate Financial Services Consultant, your role will be varied. You will receive both formal and on-the-job training to become a change management consultant, working on transformation, data, payments, and risk and compliance projects. This training will allow you to kick-start your career in the exciting world of financial services as a consultant.

This is a London-based graduate programme combining structured training with real project experience. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a 2:1 degree, motivated to pursue a career in financial services and assist organisations in achieving their strategic goals.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the delivery of change consulting projects to our clients across our core capabilities in Transformation, Payments and Risk & Compliance and Data.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Developing project plans and timelines.
  • Implementing changes to existing systems or processes.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Providing training on new systems or processes.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Reporting project progress to stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and management of project budgets and timelines.

  • 2:1 degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Economics, or Project Management.
  • Solid logical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
