We’re supporting a consultancy delivering a strategic CRM transformation for a major insurance client. They’re looking for a Lead BA / Senior Consultant-level individual to operate across a portfolio of CRM initiatives, providing leadership across multiple workstreams, coordinating an emerging BA capability and driving delivery with minimal oversight.

Tasks:

  • Lead BA activity across multiple CRM transformation initiatives and coordinate the wider BA team
  • Own stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, business cases and benefits realisation
  • Drive delivery across strategic and operational workstreams with a high degree of autonomy

Requirements:

  • An independent consultant
  • Strong leadership and delivery management experience at Lead BA / Senior Consultant level
  • Insurance experience, ideally combined with CRM transformation exposure; Dynamics experience is advantageous
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
