We've partnered with a digital and business transformation consultancy who are seeking an independent consultant to lead a CX-focused workstream on a major Adobe transformation programme for a large supermarket to helping deliver customer personalisation at scale.
Tasks
- Lead a CX workstream, likely focused on audience strategy
- Facilitate workshops and shape solutions across complex business challenges
- Build and drive programme plans supporting Adobe implementation and personalisation
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Strong CX strategy experience; Total experience (TX) experience also relevant
- Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading consulting workstreams and programme planning
