We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK. They’re looking for a Change Manager for clients within the life science industry, to support large-scale transformation programmes, with opportunities focused on technology adoption, operating models, or organisational change.
Tasks:
- Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption, operating models, or organisational transformation.
- Build the case for change, assess functional impacts and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps.
- Engage senior stakeholders, align leaders and build support across complex functions.
- Deliver change readiness, communications, training and resistance management activities.
Requirements:
- An independent consultant.
- 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment.
- 1+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
