We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK. They’re looking for a Change Manager for clients within the life science industry, to support large-scale transformation programmes, with opportunities focused on technology adoption, operating models, or organisational change.

Tasks:

  • Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption, operating models, or organisational transformation.
  • Build the case for change, assess functional impacts and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps.
  • Engage senior stakeholders, align leaders and build support across complex functions.
  • Deliver change readiness, communications, training and resistance management activities.

Requirements:

  • An independent consultant.
  • 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment.
  • 1+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
