We’re hiring a part-time PowerPoint Specialist with experience in presentation template design and high-level document formatting to join our team. Work as part of a professional, respectful team on high-stakes boardroom deliverables for top-tier advisory and private equity clients. The role is part-time, 20 set hours per week, with flexibility to cover team holidays. Additional hours may be available depending on the workflow.

Project Team Support is a high-performance presentation design agency trusted by top-tier advisory, corporate finance, private equity, and turnaround teams across the UK, Europe, and beyond. We operate where the stakes are high β€” delivering boardroom-ready materials, urgent pitches, reporting decks, and supporting confidential transactions with precision, accuracy, and visual polish. Our team brings the calm, focused energy of seasoned professionals who understand The City and what it demands.

The role includes flexibility to cover team holidays and offers opportunities for additional hours based on workflow. You will design high-impact templates and format PowerPoint slides to an impeccable professional standard. You will work on pitchbooks, proposals, IMs, and reporting decks. Sometimes, deadlines will be tight. This role starts as remote work. After completing the probationary period, you may transition to a hybrid or in-office position based in the City of London, with details to be discussed during the interview process.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design client-facing PowerPoint presentation templates.
  • Format reporting and pitch materials to the same high standard, with consistency and visual clarity.
  • Regular work in Excel, PowerPoint, and some Word.
  • Deliver consistent and error-free files under time pressure.
  • Develop one-page style sheets for your designed templates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and, in time, directly with clients.
  • Work in live, shared documents in real time with professional and project teams.

You will need 5+ years of hands-on experience in Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Private Equity presentation graphics within a City of London environment. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel formatting, with supporting design skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Deep experience crafting custom templates for client brands, including colour schemes, typefaces, styles, and page layouts. Strong attention to detail with a sense of visual design, hierarchy, and consistency. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail β€” with a commitment to flawless delivery. Familiarity with compliance standards, confidentiality protocols, and version control best practices. Confidence communicating with clients β€” from junior analysts to senior leadership. Experience managing workflow, taking document briefs, and assigning work to team members.

Why join PTS:
  • Join a trusted, specialist team supporting some of the most respected advisors in the world.
  • Deliver real impact on high-stakes, business-critical materials β€” and be recognised for it.
  • Play a pivotal role in a growing company with a high-performance, service-driven culture.
  • This is a part-time role with 20 hours of dedicated work per week between 9 am and 6 pm. Hours will be agreed during the interview or offer stage.
  • Flexibility to cover demand peaks and scheduled holiday cover, with advance notice, for the specialist team.
