We're hiring a PowerPoint Specialist, Presentation Designer & Document Formatter to join our high-performance team. Work on high-stakes boardroom deliverables for top-tier advisory and private equity clients — full-time, with flexible hours and a pathway to hybrid working near Liverpool Street Station.
Project Team Support is a high-performance presentation design agency trusted by top-tier advisory, corporate finance, private equity, and turnaround teams across the UK, Europe, and beyond. We operate where the stakes are high — delivering boardroom-ready materials, urgent pitches, reporting decks, and supporting confidential transactions with precision, accuracy, and visual polish.
The Role: You'll craft high-impact presentations and branded materials and format PowerPoint (and occasional Word) documents to an impeccable professional standard. Think pitchbooks, proposals, IMs, and reporting decks — often under serious deadline-driven time pressure. This role begins remotely, and upon completion of the probationary period, the role will transition to a hybrid/in-office position near Liverpool Street Station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver error-free files with strong version control under time pressure.
- Design and format client-facing PowerPoint presentations and pitch materials, as well as Word documents and Excel assets, with consistency and visual clarity.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand and style guidelines — or skillfully interpret them when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and, in time, directly with clients.
- Work in live shared documents in real-time with project teams.
You’ll Need:
- 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in presentation graphics within City of London environments (Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, and so on).
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel formatting, with supporting skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Deep experience crafting custom templates for client brands including colour schemes, typefaces, styles, and page layouts. Documents that look like they’ve come from InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of visual design, hierarchy, and consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail — with a commitment to flawless delivery.
- Familiarity with compliance standards, confidentiality protocols, and version control best practices.
- Confidence communicating with clients — from junior analysts to senior leadership.
- Experience managing workflow, taking document briefs, and assigning work to team members would be ideal, but not required.
Why Join PTS?
- Join a trusted, specialist team supporting some of the most respected advisors in the world.
- Deliver real impact on high-stakes, business-critical materials — and be recognised for it.
- Play a pivotal role in a growing company with a high-performance, service-driven culture.
- A full-time role: 9 am to 6 pm (UK time).
