Join our clients long-established in-house refrigeration team with decades of expertise, where your work genuinely matters. You’ll play a vital role in keeping stores operational by maintaining and repairing critical refrigeration systems that customers rely on every day. Our client is looking for hands-on refrigeration and air conditioning engineers who enjoy solving problems and working independently. Ideally, you will have experience in supermarkets, commercial refrigeration, HVAC, transport refrigeration, or chillers.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Maintaining and repairing refrigeration assets including:
- Display cases, freezers, cold rooms
- Chillers, packs, condensers
Skills & Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent experience) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- F-Gas Category 1 certification
- Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
Salary & Package:
- £43-45k + £2500 Standby + OT
- 45 hrs per week
- Fully-spec’d company van (private use option), fuel card
