What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same.
One day you'll be analysing building performance data to uncover hidden energy savings.
The next, you'll be redesigning control strategies, commissioning plant, integrating smart technologies or helping a customer achieve ambitious Net Zero targets.
You'll have the freedom to make recommendations, challenge conventional thinking and deliver solutions that create measurable results.
Your work will include
- Optimising Trend and Tridium Niagara Building Management Systems.
- Developing intelligent control strategies that improve performance and reduce energy use.
- Fine-tuning HVAC systems for maximum efficiency and occupant comfort.
- Creating intuitive graphics, dashboards and performance reporting.
- Diagnosing complex BMS and controls issues.
- Supporting customers with technical expertise and trusted advice.
- Delivering continuous improvement rather than reactive maintenance.
- Working with the latest smart building technologies and open protocols.

Systems: IQ Vision, SET, IQ Controllers, Strategy development, Commissioning, Fault finding, Networking.
Tridium
Niagara: Niagara N4, Workbench, Station engineering, PX Graphics, Alarms, Histories, Scheduling, Integrations You'll also have a solid understanding of HVAC plant and Building Services, including AHUs, boilers, chillers, heat pumps, pumps, valves and variable speed drives.
Experience with BACnet, Modbus, MQTT or other open protocols is a real advantage.
