HELP DESK ADVISOR β FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Our client was established in 1994 and provides M&E Maintenance nationwide to the commercial & industrial sectors, plus specialist services in Retail and Water Hygiene 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The company now has strategic offices and Service Centres throughout the length & breadth of the UK and is committed to innovation in delivering FM.
This Facilities Maintenance company with locations nationwide are currently looking for a Help Desk Advisor to be based in Bristol for a busy FM division.
JOB PURPOSE
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Logging Calls β Raising jobs on the internal system
- Allocating Reactive/Maintenance jobs
- Timesheets / Expenses.
You must have:
- Experience of working within a similar position
- Must be a team player
- Excellent computer skills and accuracy
- Experience of using Elogbooks β knowledge of this would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Facilities Maintenance would also be an advantage.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary β Β£25,000
