Our client is a renowned nationwide leader in the construction and facilities management industry. Established in 1996, they have grown significantly and secured multiple blue-chip contracts due to their outstanding reputation. They are currently seeking a Fabric Multi-skilled tradesmen to join their team to Cover Guildford/Slough and surrounding areas, working on a major blue-chip retail contract. Job Description: The Fabric Engineer will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of Fabric Technician duties, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance tasks. The role requires a customer-focused approach, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards and within safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks, from basic plumbing to maintenance to building fabric of the building, along with great experience in plastering, 1st and 2nd fixes and tiling. so a So a handy man who has relevant experience within a simular setting. Experience in the FM, retail or public building sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients. A flexible, proactive and customer-focused approach to your work. A full UK driving licence, as driving is required for the role, due to the reactive nature of the works. Ensure all work is executed safely and to the highest standard. Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed. Participate in an on-call rota. Deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain a presentable, courteous, and helpful demeanour always. Manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks. Flexibility to work out of hours when required.
