Electrical Qualifying SupervisorLocation: Office & Site Based (UK Travel Required)Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance Job PurposeOur client is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone  looking to take on a technical leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance across a nationwide portfolio of electrical installation, inspection and testing works. This is a varied role, split between office and site, where you will oversee electrical compliance, support engineers in the field, carry out technical audits and competency assessments, and ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and industry best practice. Key Responsibilities Act as the company's Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and relevant legislation. Carry out technical audits and site inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards. Assess engineer competency through site visits and practical observations. Review and approve electrical certification and associated documentation. Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and operational teams. Support the company's accreditation requirements and external audits. Identify training needs and contribute to the ongoing development of engineers. Maintain accurate compliance records and promote a strong health and safety culture. What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Compliance Manager. Strong working knowledge of BS 7671 and electrical compliance requirements. Experience carrying out technical audits and competency assessments. City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). Full UK Driving Licence.
