Due to continued success and the award of new contracts, they are expanding their maintenance division and are now recruiting General Maintenance Technicians to support a portfolio of retail sites across West London and surrounding areas.

Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to carry out a wide range of planned and reactive general maintenance tasks across multiple sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. This is a mobile position covering locations including Feltham, Hayes, Heston, Hounslow, and Twickenham.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance works within agreed SLAs
- Carry out general building fabric repairs and minor groundworks
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Build strong working relationships with site teams and internal colleagues
- Accurately update and close jobs using the Mercury system
- Assess service call requests and complete works efficiently
- Order, collect, and manage materials required for repair works
- Identify issues beyond repair, carry out surveys, and elevate with recommendations
Key Maintenance Tasks
- General fabric maintenance:
- Basic joinery
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing
- Minor floor repairs (tiling and vinyl)
- Slab laying
- Minor brickwork repairs
- Block paving and kerbs
- Concreting and tarmac repairs
- Fencing works
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- GCSEs (or equivalent)
- iPad / PC literate
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance
- Ability to carry out varied fabric and groundworks repairs to a high standard
Desirable:
- NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade
- Multi-skilled maintenance background
- Groundworks experience (channel drains, manholes, modular paving, concreting, tarmac, fencing)
- Experience within facilities management, retail, or public sector environments

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £32,421.43 per annum + Overtime
