Our long-standing client is looking to appoint a Project Quality Coordinator to support major engineering and infrastructure projects within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This role will focus on managing project quality documentation, inspection records, material certification, O&M manuals, and final handover documentation in line with client and project requirements. You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, and suppliers to ensure documentation is accurate, controlled, traceable, and delivered within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project quality documentation and submission schedules
  • Maintain MITPs / ITPs and inspection records
  • Compile QA dossiers, material certification, and handover packs
  • Coordinate O&M manuals and as-built documentation
  • Manage document control, revisions, and client submissions
  • Support audits, NCR closure, and compliance activities
  • Assist with environmental reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience managing quality/project documentation within engineering or manufacturing
  • Experience with MITPs / ITPs, QA documentation, and handover packs
  • Strong document control and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • British National due to project/security requirements

Desirable

  • HS2 or infrastructure project experience
  • ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 knowledge
  • Internal audit experience

Package

  • £40,000 - £50,000
  • Monday – Friday, 37 hours
  • Early finish Friday
