Refrigeration/Chiller Engineer The Opportunity We’re looking for a skilled and driven Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering business operating across the UK.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, while also supporting wider business objectives including client engagement and project delivery.

The Role

  • Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of refrigeration systems
  • Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
  • Work across complex systems including chillers, process cooling, blast freezers, and cold rooms What We’re Looking For
  • F-Gas qualified with NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 or above desirable)
  • Strong experience working on commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems
  • Confident working with chillers and HFC/HFO refrigerants
  • Full UK driving licence Equipment You’ll Work On
  • Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration Systems
  • Process Cooling within Food & Beverage Manufacturing
  • Air & Water-Cooled Chillers
  • Spiral Chill & Freeze Systems
  • Cold Rooms & Freezer Rooms
  • Blast Chillers & Freezers
  • Condensing Units & Pack Systems Package & Benefits
  • 40 hours per week (door-to-door paid)
  • Overtime

* On-call rota (approx. 1 in 7)
