Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in the Bristol, Newport, and Swindon areas. Their client base includes commercial office blocks, industrial units, retail, and student accommodation.

We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years’ experience in similar Electrical/HVAC/Maintenance Engineer type roles.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Diagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.
  • Conduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.
  • Handle basic Mechanical PPMs.
  • Maintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.
  • Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.

  • Approved Electrical level 3 Apprenticeship – Minimum requirement.
