Our client, a leading organization in finance, technology and financial news sector, is looking for a diligent and highly motivated individual to join the Public Funds team. This is a 12-month temporary contract with an immediate start date.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to gain exposure to financial market data, client servicing, account management processes, and data quality management within a global financial information business.
The Successful candidate will support the day-to-day maintenance and management of Funds Data accounts, helping ensure our datasets remain accurate, timely, and fit for purpose for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and administration of Funds Data contributor accounts.
- Monitor, validate, and update fund data to ensure high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with onboarding new data contributors and maintaining existing account relationships.
- Respond to account-related queries from internal stakeholders and external data contributors.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, exceptions, and quality issues.
- Support regular data quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, records, and reporting related to account management activities.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers to ensure consistent coverage of account responsibilities.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and operational tasks related to Funds Data products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Operations, and Client Support.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting , or a related field.
- Experience working with financial data, databases, or reporting tools.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a frequently changing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to details along with effective research and analysis skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
