Job Description

Finance Graduate - AI Data Annotation Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in finance, technology and financial news sector, is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join their dynamic team. This is a temporary contract until end of Dec 2025 with an immediate start date and would suit a candidate with a strong analytical mind and demonstratable interest in financial markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for finance graduates with a strong understanding of financial markets and accounting, particularly those with an auditing background, to begin their career within a leading organisation in the technology and finance industry. Successful applicants will receive world-class training, work in a complex and exciting environment and will have the opportunity to apply for permanent roles within the business.

The primary focus of this role is to support AI annotation efforts across multiple projects by labelling financial data to train and enhance AI models.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a meticulous approach to data handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Support AI annotation work across multiple projects.
  • Label and annotate data to train and improve AI models for various projects
  • Ensure high accuracy and consistency in annotations to enhance the performance of AI applications.
  • Assist in managing the product queue backlog, specifically focusing on lower-tier companies.
  • Perform additional financial data-related tasks as required when not engaged in AI annotation work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or/and Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and accounting principles is a must.
  • Auditing experience, with the ability to accurately identify and classify financial information is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and accurately annotate it for AI training purposes.
  • Proficiency with programming languages would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to handle varying workloads and support different projects as needed.
