Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from Project PeopleWe are looking for a Training Manager with experience of working on Salesforce to join a Digital Transformation team, you will work with the business SMEs to define, support and deliver end user training.This is a great role working for a high profile company where you can really add value. This will be an initial 6 month contract with 2 days hybrid each week in the office.What you will do:Work closely with business SMEs to define, develop, deliver, and implement a training curriculum in line with the operational business needs with a focus on logical E2E business processes.Update previously created training material so that it remains current and valid.Join multiple project teams to represent the training requirement aspect of each programmeAttend and facilitate change impact assessment workshops to understand BAU impactUtilise the technical training provided by the service providers and design and deliver bespoke training solutions to support the business with transformational change.
