In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a dynamic employee communications strategy that informs, engages, and inspires our people. You’ll play a key role in ensuring employees understand our vision, priorities, and performance, helping to build trust, alignment, and advocacy across the business.
Working closely with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams, you’ll be at the heart of shaping employee experience through compelling communications and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver a clear internal communications strategy that brings business priorities, OKRs, and strategy to life through engaging content and structured planning.
- Partner with senior leaders to create authentic messaging, leading CEO and SLT communications including All Hands, town halls, and key announcements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, copywriter, and editor for leadership communications.
- Lead communications for organisational change, transformation, and business updates across engaging and aligned internal channels (intranet, newsletters, video, campaigns).
- Plan and deliver internal events and engagement activities, while measuring effectiveness through insights and continuously improving communications impact.
Proven experience in employee/internal communications and engagement.
Strong background in leadership and change communications.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Experience delivering employee events and engagement programmes.
Skilled in Microsoft 365, SharePoint/intranets, and digital comms tools.
A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
