We're now looking for an exceptional

Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

This is far more than a traditional EA role.

As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level support to the CEO and senior leaders, managing complex priorities, coordinating executive activities and ensuring the smooth operation of leadership and governance processes.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and externally, handling sensitive information with discretion while helping to drive efficiency, organisation and follow-through on key initiatives.

Travel, Events & Administration

Manage travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics.

Coordinate company and senior leadership events.

Support expense management and administration activities.

Anticipate risks and challenges before they become issues.

We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisational capability with strong judgement, professionalism and emotional intelligence.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar senior support role.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.

Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams and Share Point.

Deliver high-quality governance, meeting support and follow-through.
