We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support two members of the Senior Leadership Team (C-Suite). This is a fast-paced, high-trust role where you’ll be at the heart of the business—managing priorities, enabling leadership effectiveness, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments to maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking actions.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation.
- Process expenses and support leadership-related administration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Organise complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers).
- Support corporate events, offsites, and external engagements.
- Manage logistics for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation and externally.
- Work closely with other PAs to ensure alignment and seamless support.
- Provide wider team support when needed, including covering during absences.
About You
Essential
- Proven experience supporting C-Suite or senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong diary and calendar management experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with great attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Professional, positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
