We’re looking for an experienced MI & Insight Analyst to own and deliver end-to-end reporting, dashboards, insights and performance analysis across Sales & Marketing activity. This role will play a key part in driving growth by providing accurate, actionable insight across campaign performance, lead funnels, conversion metrics, pipeline attribution and customer lifecycle reporting. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Data teams to improve visibility, forecasting, optimisation and decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packs
- Building dashboards and performance reporting tools
- Analysing funnel health, ROI, attribution and customer metrics
- Ensuring CRM data quality and reporting governance
- Translating complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations
- Supporting leadership and board-level reporting
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in commercial MI/performance reporting
- Expertise in dashboarding and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Excel, GA4, HubSpot, Monday.com etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and B2B funnel metrics
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and insight storytelling skills
- Experience improving reporting cadence, visibility and decision-making
