We’re working with a leading UK mobile and digital infrastructure provider, managing over 15,000 sites nationwide, to recruit a Marketing Graduate with 1-2 years experience to take on a role as a Marketing Ops Executive to support the delivery of their marketing strategy. This role focuses on marketing operations, campaigns, digital engagement, and events, ensuring brand consistency, strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print channels
- Support content creation, PR activity, and digital engagement tracking
- Manage marketing operations, workflows, and process improvements
- Act as a link between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Plan and deliver events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences
- Track performance using analytics (NPS, C-Sat, engagement metrics)
- Ensure campaigns and sales materials align with commercial goals
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role (operations, campaigns, or events)
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
