We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to support a busy marketing function within a fast-paced and evolving business environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing operations and coordination. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns, content, events, and marketing activity organised, on track, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator include:
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules
- Managing marketing trackers, action logs, and workflow processes
- Supporting internal communications, newsletters, and content publishing
- Assisting with events, conferences, employee off-sites, and All-Hands meetings
- Supporting supplier administration, purchase orders, and invoice tracking
- Maintaining organised documentation and version control across SharePoint and marketing systems
- Helping the team prioritise workloads and keep projects moving efficiently
- Supporting quarterly planning and reporting activities
The successful Marketing Coordinator will have:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
