Managing over 15,700 sites and holding 35% of the market, we’re on a mission to be famous for excellence in delivery — with innovation, transformation and our people at the heart of everything we do.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role leading one product domain, Compute, Connectivity, or Infrastructure Services, and taking new propositions from concept to commercial launch. Think edge compute, IoT, power‑as‑a‑service, small cells, DAS and more.
Responsibilities of the Head of Product include:
- Own a full product domain and turn strategy into executable roadmaps
- Build business cases, value propositions and product economics
- Identify, validate and prioritise new opportunities using customer and market insight
- Lead a cross‑functional squad (Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Delivery, Service) to design, test and launch new propositions
- Drive pilots, go‑to‑market readiness and successful product launches
- Track adoption, performance and revenue to guide scale, refine or exit decisions
- Help build the new product operating model, governance and delivery standards
The successful Head of Product will have:
- Proven end‑to‑end product leadership in telecoms, digital infrastructure, cloud or adjacent tech
- Experience in start‑up, scale‑up or greenfield environments
- Strong commercial acumen and business‑case development skills
- Hands‑on Agile/Lean delivery experience with comfort in ambiguity
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership
- Entrepreneurial, delivery‑focused mindset with the ability to execute as well as strategise
If you’re excited to build new digital infrastructure products from the ground up and shape the future of connectivity in the UK, we’d love to hear from you.
