We’re recruiting a Head of Governance & Compliance to lead corporate governance and compliance across a leading UK mobile and digital infrastructure provider. Reporting to the General Counsel & Property Director, this role is responsible for embedding a strong culture of governance and compliance, ensuring Board and committee processes run efficiently, and strengthening Board and shareholder engagement.
You’ll act as Assistant Company Secretary, supporting end-to-end Board governance and documentation, while also owning key compliance areas including GDPR/data privacy, competition law, and anti-bribery.
- Lead and improve Board and committee governance, processes, and documentation
- Oversee compliance frameworks, training, policies, and monitoring
