We're now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team.

This is far more than a traditional EA role. You'll be a key enabler of business success, acting at the heart of the organisation to ensure senior leaders are focused on the right priorities, operating effectively, and supported to deliver strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level support to the CEO and senior leaders, managing complex priorities, coordinating executive activities and ensuring the smooth operation of leadership and governance processes.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business and externally, handling sensitive information with discretion while helping to drive efficiency, organisation and follow-through on key initiatives.

This is a business-critical role where your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and build strong relationships will directly contribute to the success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Prioritisation

  • Manage complex executive diaries and schedules, balancing competing priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and strategic business commitments.
  • Optimise executive time and ensure leadership focus remains on high-value activities.
  • Provide proactive support and anticipate future requirements.

Governance & Meeting Management

  • Prepare agendas, papers, briefing packs and presentations.
  • Support Executive Leadership Team and Board-level meetings.
  • Take minutes, capture decisions and maintain action logs.
  • Track actions through to completion and ensure accountability.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage communications on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Represent the Executive Team professionally and credibly.

Travel, Events & Administration

  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics.
  • Coordinate company and senior leadership events.
  • Support expense management and administration activities.
  • Ensure all arrangements are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
  • Streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Anticipate risks and challenges before they become issues.
  • Support effective decision-making through strong organisation and coordination.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisational capability with strong judgement, professionalism and emotional intelligence.

You'll likely bring:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar senior support role.
  • Experience supporting CEOs, Executive Leadership Teams or Board-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional diary, inbox and meeting management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience preparing meeting packs, presentations and executive briefings.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure.
