Our Telco Partner is seeking an experienced content marketing and social media manager to lead its content strategy and delivery, with a particular focus on organic social performance — primarily LinkedIn.
The role will build and scale an always-on content engine that increases awareness, strengthens credibility and engagement, and supports measurable demand generation across both the core business and new growth areas.
This position serves as the Customer Office’s lead content marketer, lead copywriter, and social channel expert, responsible for persona-led messaging, editorial planning, and multi-channel content execution across social media, website content, campaigns, and nurture programmes.
- Talent and culture storytelling (in partnership with Corporate Communications)
- Content formats and recurring series
- Engagement and community management
- Ensure social content aligns with the wider corporate narrative, brand strategy, and marketing priorities.
Content Delivery & Execution
- Build and manage a scalable LinkedIn and social publishing engine, including:
- Weekly publishing cadence
- Repeatable content series
- Event and campaign amplification
- Community engagement and comment strategy
- Create and manage high-performing social content optimised for LinkedIn and other digital channels, including:
- Collaboration with creative and studio teams to develop impactful visual assets
- Executive content drafting and ghostwriting
- Voice guidance and content repurposing
Monitor, analyse, and optimise channel performance, providing insight into:
- Best-performing themes and content formats
- Click-through performance and contribution to lead generation
Expert understanding of LinkedIn best practice for B2B brands, including:
- Content formats and engagement models
- Social performance optimisation
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills across digital and social channels
