Join a leading UK mobile infrastructure organisation as an IT Digital & Business Application Support Manager, where you will shape the performance, stability, and strategic direction of critical business platforms. In this role, you will own and champion several core digital and business applications, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and optimal performance.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will define short- to medium-term platform roadmaps, support the adoption of new functionality, and identify enhancements that deliver measurable business value. You will also be responsible for overseeing vendor performance, managing contracts, and working with Procurement to ensure commercial compliance, mitigate risk, and address service issues.
