The role: To build and operate an AI-powered creative production capability that scales campaign output, personalisation, and brand consistency. The objective is to reduce manual production effort while improving speed, quality, and adherence to brand standards across the full marketing funnel. This is a creative enablement role focused on applying AI technology to support strategic business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Creative Production & Automation
    • Own the development and ongoing management of AI-enabled creative production across content, copy, design, and templates.
    • Implement scalable workflows for campaign briefing, content generation, approvals, and multi-channel asset production.
    • Maintain modular brand templates and design systems to support rapid campaign delivery.
    • Scale production of campaign assets, landing pages, email content, nurture journeys, and creative variants.
  • Platform & Governance
    • Lead the GenAI creative workbench, ensuring measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
    • Partner with Brand, Martech, Creative, and IT teams to maintain governance, tone of voice, approvals, and brand compliance.
    • Develop prompt libraries, AI guidelines, and governance guardrails.
  • Personalisation & Enablement
    • Deliver scalable personalisation capabilities across channels, segments, and audiences.
    • Embed AI-generated content into digital journeys and triggered communications.
    • Run training and adoption programmes across Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams.
