Are you a skilled Technical Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and business? Do you have a passion for driving real value through clear requirements, sound solution design, and strong stakeholder collaboration?
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technical domains, delivering solutions that add real business value. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, SMEs, IT Ops, and third-party suppliers to understand business challenges, produce requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements; produce As-Is/To-Be diagrams and High-Level Design specifications.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, and UX requirements.
- Design scalable, repeatable solutions using core platform features, minimising bespoke customisation.
- Present technical solutions to governance forums and business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to development and operational support teams.
- Support compliance, security, and risk mitigation alongside Infosec and other functions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience interfacing between business and technical teams.
- Track record of delivering requirements and solutions across multiple platforms with minimal post-live issues.
- Experience in systems integration.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of Azure API Management, REST APIs, Integration APIs, Power Platform, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience presenting solutions to governance forums and senior business stakeholders.
